Shutter Return Policy

We do not accept returns on standard or custom shutters. Check your measurements, finish, and quantity before ordering.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact EAP Shutters with your order number and a description of the issue.

MEASURE WITH CONFIDENCE

Start with the window.

  1. Measure the window opening height in inches.
  2. For a traditional paired look, each shutter is usually about half the opening width.
  3. Check the space beside each window, trim clearance, and mounting surface.
  4. Record each opening separately. Sizes and nominal dimensions differ by product.

Decorative shutters and functional shutters have different fitting needs. Bahama shutters and storm-rated installations require product-specific instructions and hardware.
